The only complaint would be our first impression, as the girl at the front desk was rude and not able to help us in any of our requests upon our arrival. Fortunately, the next day Peach was at the reception and she was great and charming, thanks for your help!! We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, open from 6 am to 10 pm! And the hot breakfast was absolutely amazing. The room clean, the TV huge, and the bed & sofabed and pillows very comfortable! We loved the coffee machine in the room.

The property is in a great location. Quick drive to downtown or the mall, but not right in the middle of everything which is what I wanted. I never did catch her name, but the front desk lady there in the evenings was awesome! When we first arrived she was having issues with phones, computers, etc but she still was really friendly! My kids loved the pool and didn’t want to leave it!

The breakfast was great. Best free breakfast I've had in a long time. The woman taking care of breakfast kept bringing food out. She cleaned all the time. The rooms were very clean. House keeping kept up with everything. They had coffee and lemon water all the time. Staff was pleasant. I'd stay again.

The room was very Nice I am handicapped right now so we got a King Handicap Suite...It had alot of room bed was firm but ok...Shower & Bathroom is set up really good for someone with back problems...If I am ever in town again I would definately stay again...Highly recommend...

Breakfast was very good. Coffee excellent. Bed was comfortable and having a living room area was convenient for family who visited. It was clean and staff were helpful. We picked the hotel because it had a pool for our granddaughter to swim in.
